Right of Withdrawal

This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. Business purchases are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a refund of all payments made by you, including the standard delivery costs for the original shipment. The cost of returning the product to our webshop is your responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. However, if you return the product, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product or until you provide proof that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.

You must handle the product and its packaging with due care. You may only use the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary or is returned damaged, we may charge for any loss in value.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made according to your specifications or are clearly personalized in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, products that have been specially printed, engraved, customized, personalized, or made to order for you.

Orders for these products cannot be cancelled once the agreement has been concluded, and no right of return exists under the statutory right of withdrawal.

What happens after you submit your request?
After submitting this form, you will automatically receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email. This acknowledgment serves as proof that you exercised your right of withdrawal within the applicable period. We will then provide you with further instructions for returning the product.
